Precision Golf Online will only accept returns for refund in the following circumstances:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- We will not refund any custom made items.
- Items must be returned undamaged with its “sale packaging” so that the items are received in a saleable condition. Enclose a copy of your receipt and the reason why you are returning the item.
To return an item, please complete the form below. A posted return/s may take up to 7 business days to be received, upon receipt of the return received we will process your request within 2 business days.
Can you exchange goods purchased from Precision Golf Online?
Should you wish to exchange a good please return the item subject to the conditions noted above and place a new order.
Do I have to pay for Return Shipping?
The cost of the return is borne by the customer unless the item has been incorrectly sent or is faulty.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited back to your via the original method of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
Promotional Offer returns
Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging for size, but should your size request be unavailable or a refund is requested, then promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order if you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.

Products supplied by Precision Golf Online are warranted for defects by manufacturers from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The warranty is dependent on the manufacturer of the goods.
